Skipper is a seasoned business executive with 30 years’ experience building successful marketing, business development, and product development strategies. He is currently founder of S-Bond Consulting, a consultancy designed to help his clients and companies in which he is an equity partner with strategy development and deployment.

Prior to founding S-Bond Consulting, Skipper was a co-founder and served as CEO of Henley Ion, an R&D biotech company developing advanced technology in respiratory protection. As CEO, he played integral roles in fundraising, product development, sales, marketing, and team building. Skipper was able to step back from day-to-day operations as Henley is currently in an R&D phase through a secured NIH grant at Tulane University.

Before Henley Ion, Skipper founded, built and ran Bond Moroch, an integrated marketing agency based in New Orleans with satellite offices around the U.S. The agency evolved into one of the region’s most respected and trusted agencies over its 20-year history, which is reflected in the caliber of clients it represented: Brown Forman, Tiffany & Co., Westin Hotels, PJ’s Coffee, Sazerac, Williams-Sonoma, British Airways, Tulane University, McDonald’s, LeBlanc + Smith, French Quarter Festival, Greater New Orleans, Inc., Louisiana Economic Development, United States Tennis Association, The Helis Foundation, and The Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Bond Moroch was acquired in 2022.

Before moving back to his hometown of New Orleans to launch Bond Moroch, Skipper was an account supervisor at Fleishman Hillard International Communications in New York City, advising some of the biggest and most admired companies in the world, including United Airlines, Yahoo!, KPMG and Heidrick & Struggles. Before Fleishman, he worked in various roles in marketing and production in New Orleans and around the country.

Since moving back to New Orleans in 2002, Skipper has been deeply involved in the community through serving on boards and volunteering with a range of cultural, business and civic organizations, including New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation, WWOZ 90.7FM, GNO, Inc., Young Leadership Council, Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Department, New Orleans Police & Justice Foundation, Trinity Episcopal Church, and the Mayor’s Office of the City of New Orleans. Skipper lives in New Orleans with his wife and three daughters. He loves music, backpacking and snow skiing and is currently training for his 3rd degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate.
