The Louisiana Music & Heritage Experience (LMHE) has officially secured its long-anticipated River District lease near the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center — a major milestone in bringing our world-class cultural institution to life.

The project will celebrate Louisiana’s unparalleled musical legacy through immersive exhibits, live performance spaces, archival collections, educational programming, and interactive storytelling experiences spanning jazz, funk, gospel, Cajun, zydeco, hip-hop, and beyond.
